In a significant tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on his 134th birth anniversary, a new express train connecting Ambedkar Nagar (his birthplace in Madhya Pradesh) to New Delhi via Kota was officially flagged off on Sunday.
The inauguration was led by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and other senior leaders joining virtually.

Railway Minister Vaishnaw also announced plans for a Bharat Gaurav train that will connect five key places associated with Dr. Ambedkar’s life —
his birthplace, education centre, site of Buddhist initiation, place of death, and cremation site — helping followers and scholars explore his legacy more deeply.
