Actress Sonakshi Sinha has voiced what many fans have been feeling — she can’t picture Hera Pheri 3 without Paresh Rawal, who played the iconic character Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in the franchise. Speaking in a recent interview with IANS, Sonakshi said:
“I can’t imagine Hera Pheri 3 without Paresh Rawal. His presence is crucial to the charm of the franchise.”

Sonakshi will soon be seen in the upcoming supernatural thriller Nikita Roy, where she shares screen space with Paresh Rawal. Reflecting on her experience, she said:
“It was an honour to work with him. He’s such a brilliant actor, and I learned a lot from simply being around him.”
The film is directed by Kussh S Sinha, Sonakshi’s brother, who also praised Rawal’s professionalism and influence on set.
“We had just two meetings with Paresh ji and he agreed. That gave me confidence as a debut director,” Kussh told ETimes.
He added, “He’s spoilt for choice, and 99% of the industry wants to work with him.”

Reports had earlier claimed that Paresh Rawal stepped away from Hera Pheri 3 due to creative differences or payment disputes. However, the veteran actor addressed these speculations directly on X (formerly Twitter):
“My decision to step away was not due to creative differences. I have immense love and respect for Mr. Priyadarshan, the filmmaker.”
