Directed by Vishal Furia, the sequel picks up seven years after the first film, with Sakshi now a mother, living with her daughter Ishani. But peace is an illusion. Ishani has a rare condition that makes her unable to step into direct sunlight—a metaphor, perhaps, for how darkness refuses to let go of this family. When Ishani is mysteriously lured away by a sinister entity from Sakshi’s past, the mother is forced to return to the haunted village she once escaped. But this time, she’s not alone—Inspector Samar (played by Gashmeer Mahajani) joins her as they step into an abyss of fear, where the past and present collide.
