In a significant move to modernize agriculture and support marginalized communities, the Government of Maharashtra has launched the Mini Tractor Subsidy Scheme, providing up to ₹3.15 lakh in financial aid to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Neo-Buddhist self-help groups.
This initiative, rolled out by the Department of Social Justice, is designed to help small farming collectives afford critical farming machinery like mini tractors, cultivators, rotavators, and trailers, enabling them to boost crop productivity through mechanized farming.
