Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has rented two high-end duplex apartments in Mumbai’s posh Pali Hill area for an annual rent of ₹2.9 crore. The rental agreements were officially registered on February 14, 2025, according to property analytics firm Zapkey.
These premium apartments belong to actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani, known for films like F.A.L.T.U and Bell Bottom. Bhagnani, who recently married actress Rakul Preet Singh, has leased out the space to the Bollywood icon.
Shah Rukh Khan already owns Mannat, his iconic sea-facing mansion in Bandra, which is estimated to be worth around ₹200 crore. Recently, he also received a ₹9 crore refund from the Maharashtra government for overpaid dues related to the conversion of Mannat’s lease.
Renting luxury properties is a common trend among Bollywood celebrities. For instance, actor Amitabh Bachchan rented out his duplex to actress Kriti Sanon for ₹10 lakh per month in 2021. The demand for premium rental properties in Mumbai’s prime locations continues to grow among film industry professionals.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Dunki and is set to share the screen with his daughter, Suhana Khan, in the upcoming film King.
