AI Keeping YouTube Safe
Google announced that its AI now detects and removes 96% of harmful content on YouTube, helping to block misleading, offensive, or rule-breaking videos before they reach users. The company is using similar AI tools to keep the Play Store clean, blocking over 2.36 million harmful apps in 2024 that could have misused user data or spread scams.
