Tirumala Temple Services Go Digital: TTD Launches WhatsApp Help for Devotees

Published:

Pilgrims visiting the sacred Tirumala Temple in Tirupati now have a new digital companion. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has launched a dedicated WhatsApp-based assistance service to make temple visits smoother, faster, and more convenient.

This initiative is part of the Andhra Pradesh Government’s push towards e-governance, and it integrates 15 essential services on WhatsApp, ranging from darshan status updates to accommodation details, all just a message away.

How to Use TTD Services on WhatsApp:

  1. Save the number: 9552300009 (part of AP Government’s Citizen Helpline).

  2. Open WhatsApp and send “hi” to start.

  3. You’ll receive a welcome message offering various civil services.

  4. Select “TTD Temple Services” from the menu to explore temple-related options.

Key Services Available via WhatsApp:

  • Live Darshan Token Availability

  • Queue Status from Vaikuntam Complex-2

  • Sri Vani Trust Ticket Info

  • Accommodation Refund Status

TTD also plans to add more features soon—like donation tracking and updates on temple events—to further simplify the pilgrimage experience.

This initiative was launched following a review meeting led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s commitment to digital transformation in public services, including temples, transport, and citizen documentation.

With this move, TTD ensures that devotees—whether first-timers or regular pilgrims—can access key temple services anytime, anywhere.
