In a major lead-up to the 11th International Day of Yoga, the Ministry of Ayush launched Yoga Connect 2025 today at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The hybrid global summit brings together yoga gurus, wellness experts, researchers, and health professionals from across India and countries like the USA, UK, Bahrain, and South Korea.
The theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” focuses on using yoga for better health, global harmony, and sustainable living.
The summit is part of a series of build-up events leading to the International Day of Yoga on June 21, which will feature over one lakh coordinated yoga sessions across India and abroad. These events, based on a common yoga protocol, will take place simultaneously from 6:30 AM to 7:40 AM, highlighting the 2025 theme: ‘One Earth, One Health.’

Organized by the Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN), this summit reflects India’s continued leadership in promoting wellness and yoga globally, ten years after yoga was recognized as a global heritage by the United Nations.
