Google has expanded its voluntary exit program, now including its People Operations (HR) team. The decision was communicated through an internal email by Google’s Chief People Officer, Fiona Cicconi. The voluntary exit program allows eligible HR employees to opt for severance packages if they choose to leave the company. A Google spokesperson confirmed the development, stating,
“To support our People Operations team’s innovative work ahead, we’re opening new roles and offering a voluntary exit program with severance for their U.S.-based employees.”
